内蒙古科技大学 本科生毕业设计计算说明书 题 目：呼和浩特市造纸厂废水处理工艺设计  呼和浩特市造纸厂废水处理工艺设计 摘 要主要任务是完成该废水处理设计及单项处理构筑物图设计。 其中设计要完成设计说明书一份污水处理厂总平面图一张高程图一张；单处理构筑物施工图设计中，主要是完成升流式厌氧污泥床（UASB）、SBR反应池平面图和剖面图及部分大样图 该废水处理工程总规模为m3/d。 处理为：废水从到格栅，再到调节池，进入，然后升流式厌氧污泥床（UASB），再进入SBR反应池，最后排入水体。污泥处理流程为：从升流式厌氧污泥床（UASB）和SBR反应池排出的污泥进入污泥井，通过潜污泵送入浓缩池，然后进入脱水机房，最后外运处置。 废水处理厂处理后的出水要达到国家污水综合排放标准（GB8978—1996）中的二级排放标准。 本设计所选择的UASB+ SBR工艺完全能达到所期望的处理效果。 关键词：升流式厌氧污泥床（UASB）SBR；造纸废水。 - I Hohhot paper mill wastewater treatment process design Abstract.
