MAJOR FUNCTION 主要功能：
Assist the Chief Engineer in general to ensure hotel facilities, equipment reliability and safe operation.
协助总工程师确保酒店设施、设备可靠、安全运作。
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 责任概要：
Responsible for the daily operation of the department of various sections. Assist the Chief Engineer to moderate each employee operation and ensure effective repair maintenance of engineering systems.
负责协助总工程师协调各班次之员工的工作及监督工程部办公室各工作间之日常操作，以确保酒店所有工程系统能得以有效运作、保养及维修。
SPECIFIC DUTIES 工作任务：
1. Ensure proper operation of various facilities in the hotel.
确保酒店内各项设施运作正常。
－ Moderate Associate’s work and monitor engineering systems operate properly.
协调各班次之员工的工作及监督工程系统的有效运作。
2. Ensure all plant rooms and equipment is properly maintained.
确保各机房及机器得以正确保养。
－ Establish relevant preventive maintenance schedule implementation.
制订有关之定期保养安排并依据执行。
3. Resolve mechanical problems.
修理机械故障。
－ Make analysis and provide instruction for effective maintenance.
利用有效分析及提供指导作即时维修。
4. Provide prompt services to other department.
确保提供快捷的服务予各部门。
－ Effective communication with other Depts, such as FB, HSKP.
有效地与各部门联系，如餐饮部，管家部等。
5. Promote the safe use of machineries.
促进各类机械之安全操作。
－ Whenever the machines efficiency is low, suggest improvement solution.
每当机器运行效率低于标准时，提供改善建议。
－ Prepare related reports and provide suggestion.
准备有关报告及依据做出建议。
－ Supervise confirmed policy and system in order to achieve the most economical operation.
