NORMAL PLANT STOP STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE Objective: This SOP will provide the step-by-step instructions to operator on how to stop the plant in normal condition stopping of all equipments within 45 minutes. Procedure: Prepare for stopping the plant, from cement mill, coal mill, raw mill and finally kiln.准备停全厂，停水泥磨，煤磨，原料磨，窑 For stopping the cement mill, the following procedures are to be followed.停水泥磨 Stop the mill feed.停喂料 Empty the mill to filling degree at 30 %.磨填充率到30％ When filling degree has reached 30 %, stop the main drive.当填充率到30％时停磨 Stop the mill fan 停磨风机 Maintain the cement quality during stopping.停磨期间维持质量稳定 For stopping the coal mill the following procedure to be followed.停煤磨 Reduce the coal feed to the mill in steps by 5 tph每次减少煤磨喂料量5tph Regulate the fan inlet damper according to feed rate in coal mill air flow operating table.依据操作表同步减少系统风机风量 Reduce mill hydraulic pressure by 5 or 10 bar to avoid mill vibration.减少磨滚压力5－10bar，避免磨的震动 When the mill ΔP is about 35.0mbar.当磨的压差降到35mbar时 Stop the feed to the mill by stopping Mill Drive group.停磨的喂料，停磨主电机组 Close the hot air damper fully to 0 %.关闭热风阀门到0 Close the mill fan exhaust damper to 10 or 20 %.关磨废气风机阀门到10－20％ Stop the mill circuit by stopping Circulation Fan group.停磨循环风机组 Stop the dust transport system including the fan after emptying the dust transport system. Stop all the equipments of the system停系统设备 Monitor and control the preheater outlet draft between 2.0 to 3.0mbar by adjusting the EP fan speed.调整EP风机转速稳定ID风机出口负压2－3mbar Maintain the quality of the coal dust during stopping the mill.停磨期间稳定质量合格 After attain the stable condition of the kiln Raw mill system prepare for the stopping of Raw mill system as per the following procedure.停生料磨 Open the preheater outlet damper (EP fan damper) gradually to maintain ID fan pressure at -3 mbar.逐渐调整ID风机出口负压到3mbar Open the recirculation damper to 100 %开循环风阀门到100％ Reduce the mill feed rate in steps by 50 tph.减少喂料量每次50tph Maintain the Mill outlet
