设计总说明 本设计为年产50万吨合金钢小型生产车间工艺设计。产品规格为Ф12mm～Ф40mm圆钢，生产钢种为合金结构钢、合金工具钢、弹簧钢、碳素钢（普碳钢，碳钢，按硫磷含量：含硫磷较高）、轴承钢。原料尺寸为160mm×160mm×12000mm的连铸坯。因为合金钢的加工温度范围比较窄，所以轧机布置型式采用全连续式。整条生产线采用国内比较先进的生产工艺及设备。 设计的内容为车间生产工艺设计，其中包括坯料的选择、工艺流程的确定、孔型系统的选择及设计、力能参数。 关键词：工艺设计，生产车间，棒材，孔型系统  Design description This is the technology design for producing 55000 tons of hot rolled bar workshop per year. The size of the product is between Φ12 and Φ40 with the major steel grade of the alloy structural steel, alloy tool steel, spring steel, carbon steel (carbon steel, carbon steel, according to para
