镇档案管理工作情况汇报 **街镇党委、政府高度重重视档案管理工作，认真贯彻彻执行《档案法》和相关档案案法律、法规，坚持依法治档档、依法管档的方针，高起点点、高标准，扎实做好档案管管理工作，从而使我镇档案管管理工作水平进一步提高，档档案管理工作日趋走向规范化化、标准化、科学化。 二、加大大投入，硬件达标。为确保档档案的安全完整，在办公用房房十分紧张的情况下，我们优优先安排综合档案室用房，做做到库房、调阅办公独立；投投入12万元资金及时添置、、更新了档案室设备，如计算算机、打印机、防盗门窗、灭灭火器、温度计等，使库房达达到防盗、防光、防高温、防防火、防潮、防尘、防虫、防防鼠“八防”要求；购置了77组档案密集架，确保能容纳纳较长时间所形成的档案资料料，全部采用符合国家标准的的档案装具。为下一步档案管管理数字化、信息化、规范化化奠定了坚实的基础。 7个部门门的档案进室，档案门类较全全。在县档案局业务指导下，，镇档案工作人员根据《归档档文件整理规则》，按照《安安徽省乡镇档案管理办法》，，进行了规范整理。现镇综合合档案室保管档案达50499卷，其中文书档案38166卷（永久438卷、长期7741卷、短期2637卷））、199卷、统计计档案437卷、荣誉实物档档案37件、国土地籍档案5502卷、计生档案58卷，，编制了全引目录、案卷目录录、归档文件目录等检索工具具。 130多人次次，为我镇各项工作的开展、、领导决策及各项业务工作提提供了大量可靠的真实依据，，取得了明显的社会效益和经经济效益。 industrialization, industrial characteristics, contribute to ecological environmental protection.
