Book1B Unit20 Grammar Good morning, everyone, my name is YeFaju, I’m studying at SiChuan Normal University. And my major is Enlish. I’m glad to be here to be here to share my lesson with you. The content of my lesson is Senior English for China Book1B Unit20 the part of Grammar study. I devide my lesson into ten parts. They are the analysis of the teaching material, the teaching aims, the teaching methods, the studying methods, teaching procedures, etc. First, let me talk about the teaching material. I. Analysis of the Teaching Materials This lesson is in the Grammar Part, it is about the –ing form which is used as attribute and object complement. It plays an important role in the English teaching of this unit. By studying this Lesson, Students can apply new sentence patterns to express themselves, understand following texts easily and improve their reading ability. Teacher and students will summary and do exercises together to help students grasp the usage of –ing form used as attribute and object complement. According to new standard curriculum and the syllabus(新课程标准和教学大纲), after studying the teaching material and analyzing the rule of students’ growing of mind, I think the teaching aims are the followings. II. Teaching Aims Knowledge Objects 1). Learn the“-ing” form used as the Attribute and Object Complement. 2). Learn about word formation. Ability Objects 1). Ask students to apply new sentence patterns to express themselves 2). Improve the students ability to make sentences and write. 3). To improve the students’ skills of reading and speaking. 3. Moral Objects 1). Arouse students’ interest in learning grammar. 2). Encourage the students to do some exercise about –ing form. III. Teaching Important Points How to get the students to master the“-ing” form. IV. Teaching Difficult Points The difference between the“-ing” form used as the Attribute and Object Complement. V.
