As a special component of our daily communication, courtroom discourse is also restricted by the cooperative principle. Based on the Grice’s conversational implicature and cooperative principle theory, this study tends to analyze the speech of different participants in the courtroom in detail. Through this study, we will try to prove the cooperative principle is also applied in the courtroom discourse, and its great function in the process of obtaining the necessary information in the courtroom. Key Words: courtroom discourse, conversational implicature, cooperative principle, strategies 摘要：合作原则是非常重要的交际准则。作为日常交流的特殊组成部分，法庭语言也受到合作原则的约束。本文试图以格莱斯的会话含义理论和合作原则理论为基础，详细分析法庭庭审参与各方的言语。通过本文，我们试图证实合作原则同样应用与法庭言语中，并在获取信息和庭审过程中发挥着巨大的作用。 关键词：法庭语言; 会话含义; 合作原则; 策略 1.
