农村公路管理站2010年工作总结 **镇党委、政府领导和上级部门指导、帮助下，结合**镇所管辖的公路实际，开展了如下工作： 为切实加强农村公路管理、养护和开展安全生产检查工作，成立工作领导小组；组长由分管公路管理的副镇长担任，副组长由综合办公室主任、农村公路管理站站长担任，成员由相关人员组成。领导小组下设办公室在农村公路管理站，马建平、闵相成负责日常组织、协调、联系工作。 二、开展工作情况 1、日常监管 12月和来年4月对所管辖的路段做全面的维护工作，配合县养护股对全镇所管辖的路段5条54.62公里，在雨季来临前对边沟、边坡、路基、路面等进行全面检查、清理；对在检查中发现的问题路段，及时整改处理；有效的保证路面畅通无堵。 2、检查内容 加强对所管辖的公路安全检查，检查各路段养护人管养情况；（1）对路基缺口较大暂时不能恢复的点段有没有设置警示标；（2）有险情发生，立即报告； （3）对危桥发现问题，立即报告；（4）侧沟有无畅通；（5）涵洞有无堵塞；（6）路面有无坑塘；(7)路肩干净、无高草；等保证公路畅通。 3、加强监督、随时检查 4、加强巡查、及时上报 29处21000多方，路基6处30多米。 5、其他工作 84公里），军木线**段（27公里），轩军线（17公里），象麦线（40公里）；配合完成致富桥至轩岗村委会（4公里）、哈里村委会至下寨自然村（12公里）通达公路的测设工作，2010年申报实施未通公路自然村6条。 通过雨季前安全生产大检查，各路段管养情况都好；但也存在一些问题： （1）部分群众意识差，随意在路禁占、堆、丢放杂物； 2）随意在路面取沙、石、土； 3）随意在路面、边沟堵挖沟渠； 4）有些路段管涵不够等的问题需要整改完善。 1、加大对《公路法》的宣传力度； 2、加大对路段监督、检查力度； 3、配合好在建公路协调工作。 rural grassroots cadres, plans to train 1000 village secretary of the village Party branch.(three) actively promote grassroots cadres election work.
