In this article, the writer collected their problems and analyzed their causes. By doing this, the writer draw a conclusion that some of their problems have the same characters, and then the writer put forward some proposals. In this research, some methods are used, such as action research, questionnaire, analytic-synthetical research, observation, individual interview. This article can be divided into five parts: The first part mainly talked about the definition of the students who have difficulties in history learning. Part two shows the difficulties and problem they meet. In this part ,the result of the investigation is shown. All the grade students are included. History teachers, some history experts and scholars are also be investigated. In part three, the writer divided the students into different types, and at the same time, their characters and causes are analyzed.
