同济大学赵民教授来我院举办专题讲座 同济大学建筑与城市规划学院教授、博士生导师、“城市与区域规划理论和方法”国家级教学团队主持人、全国高等学校城市规划专业评估委员会主任赵民老师来到，为我院师生开展了主题）”和“战略性规划与实施性规划”的讲座。赵民教授首先了城市总体规划与城市发展战略规划之间的关系，总结归纳现行城市总体规划的缺陷。他认为，现行的总体规划理念也需要转变，既要注重规划的时效性和可实施性，也要注重外延发展的必要性和限度。赵民教授结合自身的研究经验，以香港的城市规划体系、迪拜发展规划以及湖北省城镇体系规划为例，全面阐述了城市发展战略规划的重要性和必要性，同时深入地解说了城市发展战略研究的结构和主要内容。随后，赵民教授还专门针对我院毕业研究生开展了“城市规划研究方法”的探讨。他认为研究是一个寻求和发现知识、有计划有组织的过程；同时，他还指出了在研究过程中应该注意避免的一些问题，并且为大家详细讲解了研究生毕业论文的主体结构及其研究内容。讲座尾声，赵民教授还与全院师生进行了问题答疑的互动，老师和同学们表现出浓厚的讨论兴趣和强烈的交流愿望，提问，，赵民教授一一做了精彩的解答，。 leading cadres to everyday things busy as an excuse, urged not do or knock on the ring look, lack of work enthusiasm and forward-looking.
