西安工业大学北方信息工程学院 本科毕业设计(论文) 题目：塑料挂钩底座注塑模具设计 系 别： 专 业： 班 级： 学 生： 学 号： 指导教师： 2014年5月  基于塑料挂钩底座注塑模具设计 摘 要 本课题主要是针对挂钩底座的模具设计，通过对塑件工艺、结构等方面进行分析和比较，最终设计出一副注塑模。该课题从产品结构工艺性，具体模具结构结合具体情况对注塑模的浇注系统、模具成型部分、顶出机构、冷却系统等个方面进行详细的设计。通过整个设计过程表明该模具能够达到此塑件所要求的加工工艺。在设计时主要采用了应用Pro/e软件对挂钩底座制品进行了零件造型；使用CAD对挂钩底座进行模具设计。主要完成了对挂钩底座的工艺结构分析；塑件体积和重量的计算；注塑模的结构型式确定，浇注系统设计，推出机构的设计，型腔和型芯的结构设计，模具加热和冷却系统的计算，并按照比例绘制一张总装配图。 针对挂钩底座的具体结构，该模具是设计重点是在浇注系统及分型面的设计方面。模具采用一模两腔的单分型面点侧浇口进浇。其优点在于模具结构简单，提高制造精度，节约材料，大大提高了生产效率以及经济利益。 关键词：挂钩底座，注塑模，Pro/e Based on the hook base injection abrasive tool design Abstract This topic mainly aimed at the base of the hook to the mold design, through the process and structure analysis and comparison, the final design out a pair of injection mold.
