摘 要 本文主要介绍了新型变频化螺杆式空气压缩机的发展和特点，以及空气压缩机的变频化控制所带来的行业新变革。文章在分析和比较了空气压缩机的发展现状和特点的基础上，结合工厂生产需求的实际情况，本着节能、环保、高效的理念，设计了一套以变频调速技术为基础的空压机恒压供气系统。该系统综合运用变频调速技术以及自动控制技术，实现了空压机恒压供气的自动控制，并且配套热回收装置和组合式干燥机，确保了工艺生产的用气要求，同时也保证了压缩空气系统最佳运行Abstract This paper mainly introduces the development and characteristics of the new frequency conversion of screw air compressors and the new change in air compressor frequency control industry.
