Machine manufacturing is concentrated performance of Comprehensive manufacturing ability of a country. And the ability of research and manufacture of the important machines is an important marking of the level of industrialization and comprehensive national strength of the country. The capacitors have being used in the power supplies of the computer system and signal lamp, and other applications where large charge/discharge current power supply is required. The Electric Double Layer Capacitor (EDLC) is wonderful storage of energy. The manufactory of the Electric Double Layer Capacitor electrode is one of the most important craft in battery manufactory. Now, our country has no special machine to product the Electric Layer Capacitor. In this article, the function of the machine is platiy aluminum and carbon. First, spread the aluminum and two wind of carbon. Second, permeate the aluminum in the glue pool. Then, the aluminum and carbon insert the roller and press them together.
