Cheap cost, swift transmission, people can pass the characters, such various kinds of ways as the vision, the sound, etc. get in touch with network user in any corner in the world. But the security question of the E-mail has been tired round us all the time. Publish the communiqué and claim, about 80% of the E-mails are junk emails according to International Telecommunications Union, the junk email lets people feel bored, tall and big 25 billion dollars of loss caused to international economy every year, not only has influenced the development of the information industry but also damaged the confidence that the people exchange to the network. And with virus mail account for mail about 30% total amount to ordinary user , mail to damage file and datum lead to the fact the system crash, and to enterprises network besides above-mentioned threats, the network made of virus of the mail blocks and brings greater losses. This graduation project system is a server of E-mail based on WEB, build up the scheme: win2000+Winmail4.
