PAGE PAGE 26 关于3G移动电子商务时代 ——中小企业发展若干问题的探究 [摘要] 由于移动通信和互联网技术的迅速发展，基于移动互联网的移动电子商务凭借其能随时随地提供个性化服务能力的优势，成为当前电子商务领域的热点。相对于传统电子商务，移动电子商务增加了移动性和终端的多样性，并以其特有的移动支付和基于位置的服务大大扩展了传统电子商务的服务范畴。 随着2009年1月7日3G牌照的发放，中国移动互联网由概念走向应用阶段。国家部委明确表示将积极推动基于3G的移动互联网产业链的发展，我国目前有近8亿的手机用户，手机网民数已超过传统网络用户，未来十年将是移动互联网电子商务的黄金发展期。这就意味着3G时代的移动互联网已经成为企业进行产品精准有效最有效的平台。在此背景下， [关键词] 移动电子商务；中小企业；传统电子商务；发展思路 Analyses mobile e-business ——Small and medium-sized enterprise development of new ideas Abstract：Because of mobile communication and the rapid development of Internet technology based on mobile Internet, mobile electronic business with its can provide personalized services anytime and anywhere, capability advantages in the area of e-commerce become the hot spot. Compared with the traditional electronic commerce, mobile e-business increased mobility and terminals diversity, and by its unique mobile payment and location-based services greatly expanded the traditional e-commerce service category. With the January 7, 2009 the 3G licences issued by China mobile Internet concept towards application stage.
