Ask Ss what’s she doing? Anybody knows how to grow rice? (May some students know, because our students mainly come from countryside. 1 Show a series of pictures about the process of growing rice to help ss to say out. If time permits, Teacher should give some minutes to Ss to discuss this part in the form of 揼roup? The group should be made up of the Ss who come from city and Ss who come from countryside mixed so that they can help each other. Then show some pictures of farming scenes to Ss, let them know more about farming. Home work.
