PAGE IV PAGE III SIEMENS S7-400PLC在造纸过程碱回收车间燃烧工段中的应用 摘 要 随着造纸工业规模的不断扩大，造纸企业对造纸过程中的自动化程度要求越来越高。在我国，造纸企业在生产过程中采用的微机监视与控制系统一般为单独运行且分散在各个设备处，没有进行对整个生产过程进行集中实时监控，使得生产管理人员无法及时全面地了解各个生产环节的生产状态，难以做到及时、准确地指挥生产。本论文设计是利用PLC系统对造纸过程中制浆环节进行控制，具有安全可靠，通用灵活的特点，从而实现对整个造纸生产流程的自动化监控。 本论文重点是对碱回收燃烧工段的系统分析与研究，提出了一种安全可靠的控制方案。详细介绍了系统中西门子S7-400系列PLC所用到的各种硬件模块的选型和组态。 关键词：碱回收，燃烧，PLC，WINCC SIEMENS S7-400 PLC Recovery Workshop in the Process of Burning Paper in the Application of Section ABSTRACT Along with the industrial scale of paper spreading time and again, the papermaking enterprise is more and more high to in the papermaking process automaticity request. This paper focused on the Recovery Combustion Process Analysis and Research, a safe and reliable control programme. Details of the system in the Siemens S7-400 series PLC used by the various hardware module selection and configuration.
