Different races, different personalities are bringing us new challenges to achieving a high level of service. As a result, we must be a deep understanding of the importance to create high-quality cabin service. And to win praise from customers, achieve self-worth by improving our own quality and using standardized and differentiated service models. This paper begins with the factors that affect the quality of cabin service, and compares the present cabin service situation of domestic and foreign first-class airlines, using the relevant evaluation data from the global air transport research institution SKYTRAX. It summarizes the common features among good cabin service, as well as the reason of low quality cabin service in domestic airlines. Finally, it proposes some suggestions to create high-quality cabin service, including the cabin environment, service attendants and the integration of service processes.
