摘 要 本次设计为蚌埠市某综合营业楼中央空调系统设计。该办公楼坐落于蚌埠，为十二层建筑，地下一层是配电室和消防控制室，一层是营业大楼、二层为商务间、三层餐厅。四至六层办公室、七至十二层为宾馆客房。通过空调方案的优缺点及适用场合的比较，结合本工程实际情况及实际设计资料（经济效益、环境效益），本次设计采用风机盘管加独立新风空调系统，并在此基础上进行空调风、水系统及冷水机房的设计。 在设计过程中，主要做的工作有，空调系统的空调方案比较、空调系统冷负荷及湿负荷的计算、空调系统系统布置、空调设备及附件选择、空调系统水力计算、通风系统的设计和布置。最后绘制出清晰明确的工程图纸。设计施工图简要明了，同时符合设计施工规范要求，能够指导材料采购，设备的安装和工程施工，为建筑室内环境的舒适、健康提供了保证。 关键词： 中央空调 风机盘管 制冷机组 负荷等 Abstract This is the air conditioning refrigeration engineering design for a Center for Disease Control.The building is located in Bengbu and it is eleven public constructions. Underground one is the engine room and the garage, and it is the work hall from one to eleven. Advantages and disadvantages of the program by air-conditioned places for comparison, in light of actual conditions and practical engineering design information (economic, environmental benefits), this design uses a fan coil plus fresh air of semi-independent central air conditioning system, and the water systems and chiller plant design on the basis of the air conditioning. In the design process, the main work of the air conditioning system have air conditioning scheme comparison, air conditioning cooling load of the system and moisture load calculation, air conditioning system arrangement, air conditioning equipment and accessories, airconditioning and ventilation system of the hydraulic calculation of the design and layout. Finally draw out a clear engineering drawings. Design and construction plans kept concise design and construction at the same time meet the regulatory requirements, to guide the purchase of materials, equipment installation and construction works for the construction of a comfortable indoor environment, health guarantees.
