摘要 本工程是梧桐馨园小区1#楼电气设计，属民用高层住宅建筑，共18层，均为住宅。在本次设计任务中，完成对梧桐馨园18#楼的强电，弱电系统设计，主要内容如下： 照明和插座的设计，要求正确选择光源和灯具，满足经济合理，节约电能，安全可靠的设计原则。 低压配电系统为TN—C—S系统，电压为380/220V，采用放射式或树干式供电。 防雷与接地系统设计中，本工程根据第二类防雷建筑物设计，防雷接地和电源重复接地、弱电系统接地共用接地装置，其联合接地电阻。 有线电视系统中，本工程按分配-分支系统进行设计,电视信号传输的同轴电缆直接埋地引入本楼的电讯一体箱。 电话及数据网络系统，电话系统由交接箱树干式配线至各层电讯一体箱，数据网络系统由网络交换机放射式配线至各层电讯一体箱。 本次设计共完成16张工程图，这些施工图基本符合国家有关建筑电气设计规范、标准。通过毕业设计，加深对理论知识的理解和专业技术的应用，为今后的工作打下一定的基础。 关键词: 照明；插座；供配电；防雷与接地；有线电视；电话系统及网络Abstract The design entitled wutongxinyuan 18# block electrical system design, this building is a class of high - rise building.His building isb-class building, its residential living electricity belongs to the three - level loading, second lightning building design.
