This text has introduced research background and meaning of the simple feifei forum system at first, then explains development course and relevant technology in detail, through using the technology such as Java, JSP, database, data structure, the software project, proposes forum solution of system, and divides the whole forum system into front desk inquire, deliver question and system management, etc., according to the users. The databases and columns are one of the key problems that we design and realize the forum system based on the Web technology should be solved, and it can fully utilize, improve visit capacity, thus reach the number of increasing visitor, and increase the clicking rate of the forum, this text has done deep discussion to it.
