基于SWOT理論的台州市商业银行竞争力分析.docVIP

PAGE 中国最大的论文知识平台 内 容 摘 要 浙江是民营经济发达的省份，然而，民营企业特别是中小民营企业在其发展过程中却面临融资难的问题，资金不足成为制约中小企业进一步发展、壮大的“瓶颈”。地方商业银行、民营商业银行的不断壮大，对改善民营企业的融资问题有着举足轻重的作用。台州商业银行是其中比较典型的地方性民营商业银行。台州商业银行自成立以来，以“中小企业的合作伙伴”为市场定位，立足当地市场，坚持以“客户为中心”的经营理念，一切从目标客户需求出发，实现了低风险、高效益、高增长的经营目标，与台州经济形成很好的互动。 本文以台州市商行银行的竞争力分析为主线，采用SWOT理论模型，从优势、劣势、机会、威胁四个方面进行阐述，并结合台商行的发展演进、发展绩效等现状，对其竞争力的形成进行分析。分析发现台州市商业银行资本不够充足、人才短缺、核心业务单一等问题，针对这些问题，文章的最后提出了提升竞争力的建议。 关键词：台商行；竞争力；SWOT  ABSTRACT Zhejiang is a province which has developed private economy. However, private enterprises, especially small and medium private enterprises are facing financing difficulties in their development process. Lacking of funds restricted the SMEs’ further development. Local commercial banks、private commercial banks has grown to improve the financing of SMEs. Taizhou Commercial Bank is one of the typical local private commercial banks. Taizhou Commercial Bank regards the business partners as its market position since it establish. It based on the local market, adhere to the customer-centered business philosophy, do everything for customers’ needs. For its years of striving, it realize the management objectives of low-risk, high efficiency, high growth. It is a model of joint-stock commercial banks. This article analysis the factors which affect core competencies of Taizhou Commercial Bank, with the theories of SWOT. Then it provides specific analysis of the core competencies of Taizhou commercial bank and finds Taizhou commercial bank exists problems such as inadequate capital, shortage of talent. Finally, it put forward some proposals for the promotion of competitiveness.
