我国开放基金发展存在的问题及对策.doc

摘 要 开放式基金以其市场选择性强、流动性好、透明度高以及便于投资等优势，正逐渐成为投资基金的主流形式，是全球基金业的发展趋势。我国开放式基金的发展尚处于起步阶段，我国的基金业要进一步壮大规模、规范发展，需要不断对目前开放式基金经营运作中存在的问题进行研究，探索解决的途径和方法。 本文从开放式基金的起源和概念入手，介绍了开放式基金的分类及特点，并且对开放式基金与封闭式基金进行了比较，结合目前我国开放式基金的发展现状，深入分析了我国开放式基金在运作中存在的基金监管机制不健全、管理人才缺乏、基金同质化现象严重和缺少有效的避险工具的问题，提出了加快我国开放式基金发展的建议，如完善法律法规体系、加强对管理人才的管理等。期望能够切实应用到实践中去，更好地推动我国开放式基金的发展。 关键词：开放式基金；基金同质化；避险工具；股指期货  Abstract Open-end funds has become the mainstream and developing tendency of investment funds because of its strong market choice character, good liquidity, high transparency and convenience for investment. The development of pen-end fund in China is still in starting stage. Further and more canonical development of open-end fund in China needs research on the problems which has been existing in management and operation nowadays, finding out some corresponding solutions. It is to begin the connotation of open-end fund about the text, introduced the classification and the characteristics of open-end funds, comparing the open-end fund with the close-end funds, then to combine with the current developing situation of the open-end fund of our country, on the basis of the in-depth analysis of the operation of the open-end fund in which the imperfect regulatory mechanisms, lack of management talent, funds homogenization and lack of effective hedge instrument are serious problems in existence, proposing that speeding up the development of the open-end found in our country, such as perfect the law and regulation system, strenthen the management of management personnel and so on. Hoping to be effectively applied to practice, and promoting the development of the open-end fund will be better.
