1 内容提要： 作为一名在职的治安民警，通过几年的工作对我国的行政拘留制度有了一定了解，并根据自己的理解，对我国行政拘留制度进行浅析。 我国行政拘留制度应该强调参与原则，赋予行政相对人听证权利、强化司法审查原则以及贯彻比例原则，通过这些措施，来完善行政拘留制度，保障行政相对人的权利。关键词：行政处罚；行政拘留；问题；完善 Abstract :As a serving police law and order, through years of work on the administrative detention system of a certain understanding, and according to their own understanding of the system of administrative detention in China.
