次贷危机对我国经济的影响分析 专 业：金融学 学 号：11000913238 学生姓名：熊祎睿 指导教师：戴志敏 摘要 2008年美国由于其房地产行业的泡沫被戳破，由此爆发了美国次贷危机。由于美元具备庞大的消费量和世界货币地位，导致其在次贷危机冲击着美国经济造成巨大影响的同时，危机也向日本、欧洲等发达国家蔓延。危机进一步引起了全球金融市场的剧烈动荡与恐慌，导致了全球性的信贷紧缩。又有美国经济衰退所必然导致的全球需求增加步伐的大幅度放缓，必将对以美国作为第二大出口方向的我国的经济增长产生直接影响和蝴蝶效应。本文通过分析08年美国次贷危机爆发的主次原因、蔓延及其对我国金融业、房地产业、外贸企业的直接影响和间接影响，说明此次危机对我国经济的影响、能够给我国借鉴的宝贵经验、启示以及提出应对以预防类似的危机在我国重演的措施和万一重演我国能采取的应对办法。 关键词：次贷危机； 中国影响； 经济领域；金融业；房地产；外贸企业 The subprime crisis to Chinas economic impact analysis Abstract In 2008?America?because of the?real estate bubble?was burst,?which broke out in theAmerican?subprime mortgage crisis.?As the dollar?has?a huge amount of?consumption?and the world?currency,?resulting in the?subprime mortgage crisis?hit?American?economy caused hugeimpact at the same time,?the crisis?has also spread?to?Japan,?Europe and other?developed countries.?The crisis?has caused a further?turmoil in?global financial markets?and?panic,leading to a global?credit crunch.?And?American?recession?will inevitably lead to?the?increasing global demand?greatly?slowed the pace,?it will?have a direct impact?on?USA?and?butterfly effectas the second largest?export orientation?of Chinas economic growth.?In this paper,?through the analysis of?primary and secondary causes,?08 years?USA?subprime mortgage crisisspread?and its?direct impact on?foreign trade enterprises?of Chinas financial industry,?the real estate industry,?and indirect effects,?illustrate the impact of?the?crisis on Chinas economy,?can give?valuable experience?of our country,?and?put forward?to deal with?reference?to preventsimilar crises?in my?the?repeated?measures and?in case of?a repeat of?our country?can take the?way to deal with.
