Part 4： Coal constituents Chapter 4 Coal petrographic constituents; Chapter 5 Coal chemical constituents; Chapter 6 Coal family constituents; 1、 煤中的水分Moisture in coal 1.1 煤中水分的特点characteristics： 水分是煤中的重要组成部分，是煤炭质量的重要指标。煤中的水分一般是指与煤呈物理态结合的水(phsycally-associated water) ，它吸附在to be adsorbed in/on煤的外表面outer surface和内部孔隙interior pores中。因此，煤的颗粒越细、内部孔隙越发达，煤中吸附的水分就越高。 1.2 煤中水分的 来源 （1）成煤过程中，沼泽中的水随着成煤过程进入煤中；（2）煤层Coal seam形成后，地下水ground water进入煤层的裂隙fracture/fissure、孔隙pore中；（3）开采mining、洗选preparation、运输transportation、贮存reserve过程中进入煤中。 1.3 外在水分、内在水分等重要概念 1.3.1 外在水分和内在水分：
