普通型水稳碎石击实指标变化规律研究概要.doc

摘 要 基层是沥青混凝土和水泥混凝土路面结构中的主要承重层，基层的强度以及抗渗、抗冲刷性能往往决定了路面结构的使用质量和使用寿命，然而基层的施工质量是影响其强度、抗渗、抗冲刷性能的主要因素。近年来,随着现代交通(交通量大、轴载重等特点)的发展以及施工技术水平的提高,静压成型试件法已逐渐显现出其不适应性,表现为试验结果不能反映材料实际性能,也无法有效地优化材料组成设计和指导现场施工,从而影响基层使用性能和使用寿命。 水泥稳定碎石的压实度是水泥稳定类施工必须做到的一个重要技术指标,通常的做法是通过室内试验[5]，在标准击实功（一般为重型击实）的作用下得到混合材料的最大干密度与最佳含水量，并以此作为评定施工现场压实度的标准。在采用重型击实的方法对水泥稳定碎石进行击实时，干密度在一定凡范围内随加水量的增大而增大，不存在一个确切的最佳含水量和最大干密度，需要分析击实试验数据来绘制击实曲线以此来寻找二者之间的变化规律来确定最佳含水量和最大干密度，最终通过工地现场基层压实度的检验证明。本文建立的方法所确定的干密度更适合作为当前重型压路机与振动压路机具施工水平下基层压实度的控制指标。根据不同含水量下的击实试验本文分析了击实曲线的变化特征，并指出了这类材料确定最大干密度和最佳含水量的方法。 关键词：水稳碎石，重型击实，最佳含水量，最大干密度，击实曲线 Abstract The development of grass is the main load-bearing asphalt concrete and cement concrete pavement structure layer, the grass-roots strength and anti permeability, anti erosion performance often determines the service quality of the pavement structure and the service life of the.
