Chinese traditional health preserving culture theory represented by Chuang-tzu believed that people should comply with nature, return to the self, and strive to achieve the harmony between man and nature. For the increasingly common sub health problem has the effect of prevention and cure. This paper mainly studies the application of Chinese traditional health preserving culture theory in sub health prevention, the first part discusses the sub healthy state and Chuang-tzus health preserving culture, the second part analyzes Chuang-tzu regimen for the prevention and treatment of sub health role, according to the third part of Chuang-tzus theory, put forward the sub healthy state of health, diet exercise regimen, Shun health, mind health and other specific prevention and control measures.
