中 文 摘 要 现在是一个科学技术飞速发展、知识更替日新月异的世纪。计算机已深入到各个领域，并且形成了功能强大、覆盖全球的信息传输网络。各个领域都向系统化、规范化、自动化的方向发展，使得工作效率、工作成绩和生活水平都日益提高。人事管理是很多厂矿、公司、个体事业单位所须的，人事信息管理系统包括对人事信息的统计、查询、更新、打印输出等，如果靠人，工作量将很大，若公司人数有几万甚至更多，人工统计将变得不可想象，仅一些简单的操作便可及时、准确地通过计算机获得需要的信息，本文章体现了数据库应用系统的特征，使系统更具有安全性、数据共享性、可移置性。 我们着眼于企事业单位的人事管理系统用Visual Basic.NET 2003的可视化编程开发出了“企业人事管理系统”。本系统采用企业现有软硬件环境，及先进的管理系统开发方案，从而达到充分利用企业现有的资源，提高系统开发水平和应用效果的目的，本系统符合人事管理的规定，能够满足企业日常人员管理的工作需要，并达到操作过程中的直观、方便、实用、安全等要求。该系统采用模块化程序设计方法，既便于系统功能的各种组合和修改，又便于技术维护人员补充、维护，系统还具备数据库维护功能，可以及时根据企业需求进行数据的添加、删除、修改、备份等操作。下面详细讨论了该系统的开发、设计环境、实现算法及其具体的实现。 关键词：数据库，VB.NET 2003，sql server，人事管理 Abstract It is a rapid development of science and technology, knowledge of the century, rapid turnover.
