毕 业 设 计（论 文） 青岛啤酒股份有限公司 财务报表分析 院（系、部）： 经济管理学院 姓 名： 班 级： 会09-2班 专 业： 会计学 指导教师： 教师职称： 摘 要 本文从一个财务报表外部使用者的角度，以公司财务管理和财务报表分析的有关理论和研究方法为依据, 分析青岛啤酒股份有限公司的财务报表数据。本文根据青岛啤酒股份公司2010～2012年资产负债表、现金流量表和利润表之中的数据，主要通过比率分析法、趋势分析法、杜邦分析法和图表展示等多种方法分析青岛啤酒2010～2012年的偿债能力，营运能力和盈利能力，最后进行对青岛啤酒公司的财务状况用杜邦分析法进行了综合的财务分析和评价，找出青岛啤酒各主要财务指标近年来的变化状况和变化趋势。财务报表虽然为信息便用者提供了企业财务状况和经营成果方面的资料，但是单纯从财务报表的简单数字和文字上得不出实质性的成果，而要利用一定的分析方法和分析技巧，同时结合实际情况，正确认识财务报表本身的局限性和非正常影响因素，对资产负债表、利润表和现金流量表进行全面综合分析，以便做出科学的决策。在完成分析后,本文概要总结了青岛啤酒的财务状况和经营业绩,试指出该公司在经营管理方面存在的一些问题,并提出相应的建议,以供管理者参考。 关键词：青岛啤酒；财务报表分析；财务指标 Abstract This article from a perspective of financial statements for external users to the company financial management and financial statement analysis of relevant theories and research methods as the basis of the financial statements of Tsingtao Brewery Company Limited data.
