Gender Discrimination in China In China,almost everyone know that men and women are equal.Additional,we could often hear someone say “lady first”.However,whether the “equality”is the “equality” in reality?I have to say it is a questionable problem for us and our society. As a matter of fact,gender bias in everywhere in China.For instance,a host of companies refuse to accept women because they think that if a female officer get marry,she will ask marry leave.Besides,if she want to have a baby,she will ask maternity leave.Companies’ leaders think men are better than women because man’s vocation is less than woman.What’s more,during the maternity leave,many companies will cancel the female officer’s a lot of social benefits.In other case,the income difference between sexes has made female feel more anxious about job market.The theory,which is know as “equal job,equal pay”,has not been largely accepted by most of people.The two main disparities in the employment market are detrimental to female students’ enthusiasm for life and learning,promoting the concept that a diploma is not as enticing as a wealthy husband,which is a nightmare to our whole society. In addition,women are vulnerable groups in polity in all ages.Usually,woman’s political status is lower than man’s.In ancient,woman is not permitted to participate in politics.In that time,women had not any political rights.They were only the accessory appendage of men,and equality was skimble-skamble to them.Nowadays,women have get some political rights in a way,but some important positions still lack in women’ participation because some people think women can’t take on vital tasks. In my opinion,there are a multitude of ways to solve gender discrimination.Firstly,our government should make laws to protect women’s rights.Secondly,some companies should give more opportunities to women.If so,they will find that women have more advantages than men.Last but not least,everyone of us should change our t
