GM注射液的一般药理学研究 【摘 要】目的 研究GM注射液对实验动物神经系统、心血管系统及呼吸系统的影响。 方法 采用静脉注射给药后，观察其对小鼠自主活动、戊巴比妥钠阈下剂量催眠作用及协调运动的影响，了解对实验动物神经系统的影响；观察麻醉犬心电图、血压、心率及呼吸频率、呼吸幅度等各项生理指标，了解对实验动物心血管系统、呼吸系统的影响。 结果 在本实验条件下，对实验小鼠小鼠自主活动、戊巴比妥钠阈下剂量催眠作用及协调运动无影响。对麻醉犬心电图、血压、心率及呼吸频率、呼吸幅度等各项生理指标无影响。 结论 GM注射液对实验动物神经系统、心血管系统及呼吸系统无影响。 【关键词】GM注射液；药理学；中枢神经系统；心血管系统；呼吸系统 Study on the General Pharmacological Actions of GM injection [Abstract] Objective To study the influence of GM injection on the nervous syste，cardiovascular system and respiratory system 0f laboratory anima1. Methods By observing the influence of GM injection，which was given by intravenous injection (iv)to mice．on the independent activity．percent of aslceping mice after giving pentobarbitale sodium at subthreshold dose and coordinate exercise．to understand the impact on nervous system of laboratory anima1．By observing many physiological indices such as electrocardiogram，blood pressure．heart rate．respiratory rate．breathing range.etc．in anaesthetized dogs．to understand the impact on the respiratory system and cardiovascular system of laboratory anima1. Results In this experiment，GM injection did not influence independent activity．percent of aslceping mice after giving pentobarbitale sodium at subthreshold dose and coordinate exercise in mice．It also had no influence on electrocardiogram，blood pressure，heart rate and respiratory rate，breathing range in the anaesthetized dogs.
