At the same time, the floors which people live in are also getting higher and higher, wiping the glass becomes a troublesome thing, I design a fully automatic civil car to wipe glass in my research and development, when the car is started, it can wipe the glass outside and inside automatically at the same time. The background and foreign development situation are described in this paper at first, after representing the determination of the overall scheme of glass cleaning robot and detailed mechanical structure design, then the design of control system of the subject is elaborated on, at last, the debugging of the prototype robot entity is introduced in this paper. The main work of this thesis: (1) designing and processing the mechanical structure of glass robot and assemble the entity. (2) based on STC12 microcontroller, designing PCB board, processing and welding parts, and then programming and debugging the machine
