膜过滤技术应用于武钢烧结氨法脱硫的中试试验研究 靳美程 孔德友 张 臻 吴远翔 （武汉华德环保工程技术有限公司，武汉 430080） 摘要: 国内烧结烟气氨法脱硫工艺存在困扰的题，问题。 1.468%降到0.0545%，灰渣去除率高达96.28%，清液可作为液体硫酸铵产品直接外卖；该产品中硫酸铵氮含量高达21.17%，硫铵纯度高达99.8 %，质量超过国标一级品硫酸铵要求的氮含量21.00%。浓缩的灰渣直接用泵送到烧结混合机，既达到了分离灰渣的目的，又避免了二次污染。由于液体硫酸铵直接外卖，脱硫工艺中的硫酸铵生产部分变得十分简单，后续的旋流部分、离心分离部分、干燥部分和灰渣机械式过滤部分可全部取消，可大幅降低氨法脱硫工艺的工程投资，预计一套新的氨法脱硫工程的投资额将减少1/3左右，还可极大地简化工艺流程和操作。 关键词: 烟气氨法脱硫Membrane Filtration Technology Used to Industrialization Experimental Study of Ammonia Method Desulphurization in WISCO Jin Meicheng Kong Deyou Zhang zhen Wu yuanxiang (Wuhan Huade Ecotek Corporation Wuhan 430080) Abstract: The domestic sintering flue gas ammonia method desulphurization process has one problem to puzzle the entire profession，it is the ash dregs question. After the massive ash dregs accumulation in the desulphurization slurry. entire desulphurization system operation is seriously influenced，the production ammonium sulfate fertilizer is the sepia, the system resistance increases, the equipment damage is frequently Occurred， the artificialy digging the dregs is frequently needed. This experiment uses the ceramic membrane filtration technology ，this technology successfully substitutes traditional the mechanical filtration method which has extremely high failure rate。First, the size of ash dregs ，granularity scope, physics and chemistry characteristics and grain-size distribution and so on are analized, according to the above data，membrane filtrating equipment main parameters are determined. Then, the ceramic membrane filtration experiments are carried on. The test results show the highly effective elimination of ash dregs is successfully obtained. After the membrane filtration, the ash dregs content in the the ammonium sulfate slurry decreases from 1.468% to 0.0545%, ash dregs elimination rate reaches to as high as 96.28%. The slurry can be sold directly as liquid ammonium sulfate product. In this product the ammonium sulfate nitrogen co
