旅游酒店人才流失现象透析及解决措施
摘要:酒店业是劳动密集型产业,它提供的是以服务为核心的产品组合,而员工是服务的直接提供者,员工综合素质的高低直接决定着酒店服务质量的好坏。因此,在众多的行业中没有那一个行业发展比酒店业的发展更依赖人才。然而,近年来旅游酒店人才频繁流失问题日益凸显,严重阻碍了酒店业的健康和持续发展,扼住酒店人才流失的洪流势在必行。本文就目前旅游酒店人才流失这一现象,对其产生原因从酒店方面、社会方面、从业人员自身方面及社会因素方面进行细化分析,针对性的提出解决措施,以期引起业内有关人士的重视,使酒店业蓬勃发展。

Abstract:The hotel industry is the labor intensive type industry, it is taking service as the core the product portfolio, and the staff is the direct provider of services, quality of staff directly determines the level of hotel the service quality. Therefore, in many of the industry does not develop a industry rely more talent than the the development of the hospitality industry. However, in recent years, Turisthotellet frequent loss of personnel problems have become increasingly prominent, seriously hindered the healthy and sustainable development of the the hotel industry, hotel talent loss at flood be imperative. In this paper, the Turisthotellet brain drain the phenomenon, causes aspects of the refinement analysis of the training from the hotel, the society, practitioners themselves and the factors of society it, put forword to the solution, in order to cause industry attention, the the hotel industry vigorous development.
