灵芝超声波循环提取物浸膏粉)中一般化学成分及天然活性物质
灵芝超声波循环超声波循环提取灵芝提取物，分析表明蛋白质34.41g/100g)、可溶性粗多糖40.0g/100g)和矿质元素磷的含量分别较普通灵芝提取物32.96%、29.45%和30.71%氨基酸总量17.43 g/100g，较普通提取物(12.95g/100g)高34.57%γ-氨基丁酸含量21.92mg/100g和45.97mg/100g。液相质谱分析结果：从提取物中分离检测到13个清晰的分子离子峰，m/z范围为266.1~678.5香豆素甾醇类、三萜酸及三萜皂苷等天然活性成。

General chemical components and natural active substances in Ultrasonic Circulating Extract powder of Ganoderma lucidum

Abstract: A new extract was prepared by Ultrasonic circulating extraction(UCE), with Ultra-fine particles of log-cultivated fruiting bodies as productive material. Analyzed results showed that content of protein, crude polysaccharide and mineral element P in new extract powder were 34.41g/100g,40.0g/100g and 1.66mg/g, respectively, and higher 32.96%, 29.45% and 30.71% than that in ordinary extract powder. There were eighteen kinds of amino acids in the extract powders, and the contents of total amino acids(TAA) and free amino acids(FAA) were 17.43 g/100g and 4.28 g/100g, with 53.93% ratio of essential amino acids vs total amino acids(E/T=0.5393). Moreover, two active amino acids, γ-Amino butyric acid(GABA) and Taurine(Tau) were checked out, with contents of 21.92mg/100g and 45.97mg mg/100g respectively. At least 13 molecular- ions(m/z: 266.1~678.5) were acquired from the extract powder,that were suited with relative molecular molecules of known active compounds, such as coumarin, sterol, triterpene and triterpenoid saponins, by High-performance liquid chromatography coupled with electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (HPLC-ESI-MS)
