健康保险精算实务标准研究 西南财经大学 尚杰 【摘要】本文结合我国商业健康保险业务专业化经营的趋势和健康保险精算标准缺乏的现状，在深入分析美国健康保险精算实务标准的制定及其主要内容的基础上，结合当前我国健康保险发展的实际情况和特点，对我国健康保险精算实务标准的制定从费率厘定、准备金提取和精算评估等诸多方面给出了一些有益的建议。 【关键词】健康保险 精算实务标准 [Abstract] Actuarial standards of practice play a great role in insurance fields. This paper analyses American health actuarial standards of practice, takes accounting of the environment of private health insurance in China, and puts up some suggestions for the construction of health actuarial standard of practice in China.
