浅析中西文化差异与对外汉语教学 ——中西交际文化的差异与对外汉语教学 摘要 目前全球“汉语热”正在逐步升温之中，对外汉语教学事业也正以前所未有的生机蓬勃发展，并且对外汉语教学的目的就是培养和提高学习者运用汉语进行交际的能力，所以为了更好的完成对外汉语教学，也就是汉语作为第二语言的教学，了解中西交际文化的差异则是必不可少的。语言和文化有着密切的关系，文化影响语言，语言反应文化，所以交际文化的差异要通过语言表现出来，例如称谓用语、称赞和批评用语、邀请和应邀用语、打招呼用语、告辞用语、比喻用语等，这些中西不同的语言表达，是由于各自民族的文化历史背景、审美心理的不同而产生的，是在社会的发展、历史的沉淀中约定俗成的，是一种永久性的文化现象。我们应了解不同地域、不同民族的文化背景知识以及社会风俗习惯，随时将它与我们的母语进行对比。了解了这些差异，有助于对外汉语教学。 关键词：中西 交际文化差异 对外汉语教学 Abstract The current global Chinese fever is gradually heating up and the teach foreign Chinese is also unprecedented vibrant development, and foreign language teaching is aimed to cultivate and improve the learners ability to communicate, so in order to completion foreign language teaching, that is, the teaching of Chinese as a second language, understanding differences cultural for Chinese and Western communication is essential. Language and culture are closely related, and cultural impact of language, language, a culture of reaction, so communication and cultural differences should be manifested through language, such as the title , praise and criticism , the invitation and invited expressions greeting ,goodbye , metaphors and other language of these different languages, Chinese and Western expression, reflects the difference between Chinese and Western cultural communication information. .We have differences national cultural and background of history.Understand these differences can contribute to teaching Chinese to foreigners. Key words: Chinese and foreign cultural communicate information teach foreign Chinese 绪论：要分析中西文化的差异，首先必须要了解什么是文化。然而，文化还是一个内涵不太确定的概念。盛炎指出：有关文化的定义，有的说有一二百种，有的说有上万种。文化的不同定义反应了观察文化的角度和对文化内涵的理解不完全相同。张占一教授就从语言学的角度把文化分为“只是文化”和“交际文化”两类。“语言教学（尤其是初级阶段）中的文化内容应分为两种——只是文化（cultural knowledge information）和交际文化（cultural communication information）。所谓知识文化，指的是两种不同文化背景培养出来的人进行交际时，对某词、某句的理解和使用不产生直接影响的文化背景知识。对方或一方不会因为缺少这种文化知识而产生误解。所谓交际文化，指的是两种不同文化背景熏陶下的人，在交际时，由于缺乏有关某词某句的文化背景知识而产生的误解。这种直接影响交际的文化知识就属于交际文化。”语言和文化有着密切的关系，文化影响语言，语言反应文化
