Exposition means explaining or expounding something, the purpose of which is to inform or instruct, to make the reader understand what he reads. It is a kind of writing that is used often by a scientist, a specialist, a professional or a college student. Definition: it means the way that a writer uses when he wants to introduce to the reader a new and unfamiliar term or concept. What is a Description? Description is painting a picture in words of a person, place, object, or scene.
