人民币升值对中国制造企业的影响及其对策 摘要：人民币升值对我国经济造成了一系列影响，其中对我国制造企业的影响尤为明显。这篇文章从人民币升值的理论基础和现实原因分析了人民币升值的必然性，并从人民币升值给制造企业带来的正负两方面的影响进行了阐述：人民币升值有利于产业结构调整；有助于缓和我国和主要贸易伙伴的关系，但人民币升值是一把双刃剑，他给制造企业带来好处的同时也给制造企业造成了冲击：使得企业提供的就业岗位减少，国人收入下降；使企业面临的外汇风险加大。为减少人民币升值给企业造成的冲击，政府积极制定对策——建立更加开放的宏观调控机制；限制劳动密集型产业盲目发展；规划构建贸易促进体系，鼓励企业实施“走出去”战略——帮助我国制造企业走出困境，而我国制造企业在接受政府帮助的同时，自身也在采取措施——用逐步形成的技术优势维护自身的长远利益；积极使用金融工具，有效规避汇率风险——以期能尽快、尽早适应人民币升值带来的不适！ 关键词：人民币升值； 制造企业； 对策 Impact of RMB Appreciation on Chinas Manufacturing Enterprises and Its Countermeasures Abstract: RMB appreciatio caused a series of impact to Chinas economy, particularly to our manufacturing enterprises. From theoretical basis and practical reasons, this article analysis the inevitability of the RMB appreciation, expounded its both positive and negative impact on China manufacturers .For example, it is conducive to industrial restructuring, be good to ease relationship with our major trading partners. However, it is a double-edged sword. It gave the benefits to the manufacturers but at the same time caudsed impacts on Manufactures especially to Labor-intensive enterprises, such as reducing job chances, declining Chinese income; making enterprises are facing greater risk of foreign exchange. In order to reduce the impact of RMB appreciation to manufactures, government should take countermeasures--establish more open macro-control mechanism, restrict the development of labor-intensive industries, plan system of trade promotion construction, encourage enterprises to implement the going out strategy. Beyond governments help, manufactures should also take its own measures---protect their own long-term interests, accelerate the pace of upgrading the industrial structure adjustment, strengthen financial management, make full use of financial instruments and evasion the exchange rate risks effectively, so that we can adapt the adverse effects because of RMB appreciation.
