学 号：201343000106 毕业设计说明书 GRADUATE DESIGN 设计题目：设计一年产120万吨转炉车间 学生姓名：---- 专业班级：----- 学 院：----- 指导教师：----- 讲师 2016年05月08日  摘 要 连续铸钢简称连铸，是钢液经浇注、冷凝、切割而直接得到铸坯的生产工艺。连续铸钢设备必须适应高温钢液由液态变成也固态，又变成固态的全过程，其间进行了比较复杂的物理与化学变化。连续铸钢具有连续性强、工艺难度大和工作条件差等特点，因此，生产工艺对机械设备提出较高的要求。 基于上述前提，结合目前国内外连铸车间的布置，本文设计了年产120万吨连铸车间。在本次设计中，重点是对车间进行设计，通过选取合适的连铸机对车间进行合理的设计，对连铸机本体各装置钢包回转台、钢包、中间包结晶器拉矫机、切割装置等进行合理的选取，最后还对本次设计的可行性进行了分析，使得本次的设计能符合实际的要求。设计中涉及的系数部分取的也是现场的经验数值，用到的部分公式也是来自于实际的经验公式，最终完成了本次的设计。 关键词 连铸车间；钢包；中间包；结晶器  Abstract Continuous casting of steel, which is the production process of casting billet directly from molten steel through casting, condensing and cutting. Continuous casting equipment must be adapted to high temperature steel liquid from liquid to solid state, and then into the whole process of solid, during which a more complex physical and chemical changes. Continuous cast steel has the characteristics of strong continuity, difficult technology and poor working conditions, therefore, the production process of mechanical equipment put forward higher requirements. Based on the above premise, combined with the current domestic and foreign continuous casting plant layout, this paper designed an annual output of 1 million 200 thousand tons of continuous casting plant. In this design, the focus is to design workshop, by choosing a suitable casting machine reasonable design of the workshop, the caster body device ladle revolving Taiwan, ladle, tundish crystallizer straightening machine, cutting device etc. for reasonable selection, finally carry on analysis the feasibility of the design, make the design can meet the requirements of practical. The coefficients involved in the design are part of the field experience, the part of the formula is derived from the actual empirical formula, and finally completed the design.
