青岛理工大学 毕 业 设 计（论 文） 题目：轻骨料对透水混凝土的性能的研究 学生姓名： 王金焕 学生学号： 201373009 院系名称： 土建工程系 专业班级： 监理131 指导教师： 刘杏 年 月 日 摘 要 轻骨料混凝土（Lightweight aggregate concrete）是指采用轻骨料的混凝土，其表观密度不大于1900kg/m3。所谓轻骨料是为了减轻混凝土的质量以及以提高热工效果为目的而采用的骨料，其表观密度要比普通骨料低。 轻骨料商品混凝土是以天然多孔轻骨料或人造陶粒作粗骨料，天然砂或轻砂作细骨料，用硅酸盐水泥、水和外加剂（或不掺外加剂）按配合比要求配制而成的干表观密度不大于1950kg/m3的商品混凝土。 轻骨料商品混凝土具有密度小、保温性好、抗震性好，适用于高层及大跨度建筑配制轻质结构用商品混凝土最有效的途径就是采用轻骨料。轻骨料表面粗糙多孔，有一定的吸水能力，这十分有利于改善商品混凝土的界面黏结，提高整体的强度；其吸水能力可做为水分存处器，先吸入一部分水分，在以后的养护过程中又释放出来，有利于水泥的充分水化。由于轻骨料商品混凝土具有轻质、高强等优点，它比相同强度等级的普通商品混凝土自重降低20%―30%。这就使结构荷载占有较大比例，并且对材料性能具有较高要求的高层建筑、大跨度桥梁、海洋工程等来说，轻骨料商品混凝土的这种性能具有较高的市场竞争力Abstract Lightweight aggregate concrete (lightweight aggregate concrete) is refers to the use of lightweight aggregate concrete, the density of not more than 1900kg/m3. so-called lightweight aggregate is to reduce the quality of concrete and to improve the thermal effect for the purpose of the aggregate and the apparent density than ordinary low aggregate.
