临床护理路径标准化管理在糖尿病合并非酒精脂肪肝患者的应用 戴莉敏，方英，谢菲，真启云 （江苏大学附属人民医院 邮编 212001） 【摘要】 目的 探讨临床护理路径(CNP)规范化管理对糖尿病合并非酒精脂肪肝患者临床护理质量的影响。方法 将101例患者随机分为试验组(49例)和对照组(51例)，试验组参与CNP规范化管理，对照组接受传统护理。患者出院前比较两组患者及家属的满意度、糖尿病自护行为评分、并比较两组的住院天数、住院费用。结果 出院时试验组与对照组比较，试验组患者和家属满意度均优于对照组(P0.05)；试验组住院天数和住院费用均少于对照组(P0.01))；两组糖尿病自护行为评分比较，差异均有统计学意义(PO.01)。结论 实施临床护理路径标准化管理增强了糖尿病合并非酒精脂肪肝患者的参与意识，有助于提高临床护理质量。 【关键词】 临床护理路径；糖尿病合并非酒精脂肪肝； 护理管理研究 【Abstract】Objective to investigate the effect of the clinical nursing path ( CNP ) standardized management applied to the diabetes patients complicated with non-alcoholic fatty liver on clinical nursing quality Methods 101 patients were randomly divided into the experimental group ( 49 cases) and control group ( 51 cases), the test group involved in CNP standardization management, the control group received traditional nursing. Before discharge of patients ,we compared satisfaction between the two groups of patients and family , diabetes self-care behavior scale, and compared between the two groups in the length of hospital stay, hospital charges. Result comparing the control group and the test group at discharge of patients , patients and families satisfaction of test group were better than the control group ( P 0.05 ); the length of hospital staying and hospital costs of the test group were lower than the control group ( P 0.01 ) ); two groups of diabetic self-care behavior score comparison, the differences were statistically significant ( P 0.01 ).
