中国生态旅游现状与发展出路 姓名： 学号： 摘要 旅游是人类社会发展到一定阶段而产生的一种追求美和享受美得活动，而生态旅游的出现无疑为旅游注入了新的活力。生态旅游的基础是良好的生态环境，目的不仅是享受美，还要保护这种美，要做到可持续发展。当前，我国生态环境遭到严重破坏，导致生态旅游的发展受到很大限制。本文浅析我国开展生态旅游的优劣势，提出将我国传统思想文化中的精华与生态旅游有机结合，对待西方研究成果应采取以“我为主，为我所用”的“拿来主义”，不能生搬硬套。加强对旅游业管理，加强对生态旅游资源的保护。最终实现具有我国特色的生态旅游可持续发展战略。 关键词：生态旅游；可持续发展；优劣势；对策 CHINESE ECOLOGICAL TOURISM PRESENT SITUATION ANG THE DEVELOPMENT WAY ABSTRACT Tourism appeared when the human society developed to a certain stage.Tourism is a kind of beauty and enjoy beauty culture activities. There is no doubt that the appearance of the ecological tourism new vigor into the tourism. Good ecological environment is the foundation of ecological tourism , Our purpose is not only enjoy the beautiful, but also protect the beauty to achieve sustainable development. Nowadays, ecological environment in China have been severely disrupted that caused the development of the ecological tourism is very limited. This article analyses our country in eco-tourism superior inferiority ,put forward the our country traditional ideology and culture in essence and ecological tourism organic union. Treating the western research results should take to I give priority to, use copycat, not rigid practices .To strengthen the tourism management, strengthening the protection of the ecological tourism resources. Finally realize ecological tourism in China has features of sustainable development strategy. . Keywords: Ecological-Tourism; Sustainable development; Advantages Disadvantages；Countermeasures. 引言 旅游是人类追求美享受美的文化性活动，生态旅游是一种迅速发展的新兴旅游形式。生态旅游不应以牺牲环境为代价而应与自然和谐。我们应该在不破坏前人创造的人文景观和自然景观的前提下为后人建设新的人文景观。针对我国当前生态旅游面对的问题，我们应该坚持可持续发展战略。总结经验教训，吸取有用经验，不断完善体制，为建设可持续发展的生态旅游而努力。 研究背景 当今随着我国旅游业的快速发展，在我们取得前所未有的成就的同时，环境也面临着数不清的问题，传统旅游业对环境的负面影响逐渐显现。人们对传统旅游业的认识随之加深，也开始思考其带来的影响和解决方法。 1993年9月第一届东亚地区国家公园与保护会议(北京)通过了“东亚保护区行动计划概要”，首次以文件形式提出“生态旅游”的定义；1994年成立了中国生态旅游协会（CETA）并于1995年1月在云南西双版纳发表了《发展我国生态旅游的倡议》，标志着我国学术界对生态旅游研究开发的关注；1996年6月召开武汉国际生态旅游学术研讨会，同年10月推出的《中国21世纪议程优先项目计划》。1997年12月，与生态旅游密
