低频低噪声高增益放大器 摘 要 低频低噪声高增益放大器常作为各类接收机的前置放大器，以及高灵敏度电子探测设备的放大电路，决定了系统处理模拟信号的能力，具有广泛的工程应用背景。 本设计由信号源、可控增益放大器、单片机控制模块和稳压电源四个部分构成。信号源利用RC桥式正弦波振荡器产生了稳定的正弦信号，信号频率范围为1kHz~10kHz；可控增益放大器实现了输出增益的动态调整，并在前级精密放大部分中以超低噪声运算放大器AD797为核心器件，配合外围器件最大限度的降低了电路中的噪声；稳压电源利用集成三端稳压器，采取多级稳压的方法，抑制了由电源引入电路的噪声，使整个电路的噪声降到最低，并创新地利用基准进行稳压，进一步提高了系统的噪声性能；在增益控制方面将51单片机与数字电位器X9C104结合，完成了较为精确的增益步进改变，并显示放大倍数，实现键盘控制。系统考虑了电路各部分引入的噪声，性能指标达到了设计要求，工作可靠。 关 键 词 放大器 低噪声放大器 可变增益放大器 多级稳压 数字电位器 51单片机 ABSTRACT Low noise amplifier often acts as the preamplifier of various receivers, and high sensitivity electronic detection equipment, it determines the signal processing ability of a amplify system, has a widely engineering background application. This design consists of a source , a controllable gain amplifier , a single-chip microcomputer control module and a manostat. Using the RC bridge type signal, we generated a steady sinusoidal signal, whose frequency ranges from 10kHz to 1kHz; Controllable gain amplifier achieved the dynamic gain adjustment, using the ultra-low noise amplifier AD797, with the help of peripheral equipments, greatly reduces the noise in the circuit; Using the integrated manostat regulator, taking multi-level voltage regulation, inhibits the noise from the power circuit so that the noise is minimized, and creatively use the voltage reference as a regulator, for further improving the noise performance of this system; As to gain control unit, we combine the 51 MCU with the digital potentiometer X9C104, completed accurately stepper gain, display the magnification, and keyboard control. This design considered the noise from every part in the circuit, its performance indexes meets the design requirement and reliable.
