人力资源管理系统的设计与实现 human resources management system design and implementation 摘 要 现如今在知识经济飞速发展和信息技术的日新月异的时代，现代企业要实现利润最大化, 扩展企业人力资本, 充分调动员工积极性就必须更新观念, 实现更具有高效、先进的人力资源管理系统。 本文主要针对企业人力资源管理的需求，设计出一个基于C/S架构的企业人力资源管理系统。阐述了企业人力资源系统的具体实现过程以及开发过程中所用到的技术与框架。 本系统是对于天津易遨科技人力资源管理系统进行了全方位的需求分析进行设计实现的。主要包括：系统操作模块；人事档案模块；人事管理模块；日常管理及帮助；采用Visual Studio 2005；并基于SQL Server2005为系统的开发环境。使用Visual C++作为开发语言。 关键词：C/S模式；人力资源；数据库；C++ ABSTRACT Today in the rapid development of knowledge economy and information technology of the ever-changing era, the modern enterprise to realize the profit maximization, the extended enterprise human capital, and fully arouse the enthusiasm of staff must renew the idea, implementation is more efficient and advanced human resource management system.
