南京理工大学泰州科技学院 基础工业工程论文 题 目 ： 第二食堂打饭窗口的研究分析改善 Title : The research and analysis to improve the second dining room window 学 院 : 机械工程学院 专业班级 ： 12工业工程 指导老师 ： 吴晟 学生姓名： 顾晓磊 学号： 1201020128 学生姓名： 季诗宇 学号： 1201020129 学生姓名： 季晓晨 学号： 1201020130 第二食堂打饭窗口的分析改善 The analysis to improve the second dining room window 学生姓名： 顾晓磊 学号： 1201020128 学生姓名： 季诗宇 学号： 1201020129 学生姓名： 季晓晨 学号： 1201020130 摘要： 本文针对学校食堂出现的排长队、等半天的买饭难现象，旨在结合工业工程相关专业理论和方法研究解决这一问题。本文主要运用了工业工程中工作研究理论中的程序分析法、作业分析法和动作分析法等研究方法，通过观察食堂窗口设计及工作人员操作动作，找出有缺陷的地方，不合理动作及操作中的无效动作，结合实际，进行改善，并制定出标准作业流程以简化操作来提升窗口工作人员的工作效率，从而减少学生买饭等待时间。 本论文主要分为两个部分，第一部分主要是结合所学的工业工程知识，对食堂打饭过程进行工作分析，找出打饭工作流程中存在的不经济、不合理的作业内容。第二部分，运用所学的IE知识，就出现的问题提出相应的改善方法，并讨论IE在服务业中的应用。 【关键词】 工业工程；；工作研究；流程优化；服务业 Abstract: This article in view of the phenomenon in the college dining room long term，long waiting time to buy rice difficultly,trying to use industrial engineering related theory and method to research and solve the problem .This paper mainly talk about the work in the theory of research problem analysis，operations analysis and action analysis method of industrial engineering，through observing the dining room design and working personnel moves，find out the defective place,no reseaonable action and operation of the invalid action .Then work out the standard operating procedureto simplify operation to improve the working efficiency of the window staff ,and then to reduce students to buy rice waiting time. This thesis can be divided into two parts, the first part goes with the Fundament of IE knowledge to analyze the progress of the work in the canteen window,and find the actions which are diseconomy and unreasonable. And the other part is to seek out improvement for the problem
