编号 ： 　　　 本科毕业设计（论文） 题目：RFID技术在农产品采购与供应管理中的应用 Application of RFID Technology In the Agricultural Purchasing and Supply Management 专 业 工商管理 班 级 学 号 姓 名 完成日期  摘 要 【摘要】近年来，各类农副食品的安全问题愈来愈多，从国外的疯牛病、口蹄疫到我国的注水肉、问题奶粉、苏丹红事件等，并且出现由食物引起的禽流感、甲型H1N1流感等，使得全世界人们对此也越来越关注。本文从理论基础着手研究，明确了RFID技术的基本概念和工作原理。结合RFID在农产品中的应用的实际情况，寻找出RFID技术在整个管理过程中存在的问题。并通过相关案例的分析，了解RFID技术在生肉食品监控平台的运作流程。本次论文主要探讨和研究RFID技术在农产品采购与供应管理中的应用，提出相关问题及解决办法，为今后RFID技术更好的发展提供了科学依据。 【关键词】RFID；农产品；供应管理；生肉食品监控  Application of RFID Technology In the Agricultural Purchasing and Supply Management Abstract 【ABSTRACT】In recent years, each kind of agricultural non-staple food products security problem were getting more and more, from overseas mad cow disease, foot-and-mouth disease to our countrys irrigation meat, question powdered milk, sudan red event and so on, and presented the bird flu which, Type A H1N1 flu caused by food and so on, which enabled the world people to pay attention more about it. This article studies on the basis of theory, describes clearly the basic concept of RFID technology and the principle of work. In the same time, combining the RFID’s application actual situation in the agricultural product, seeks for the question which exists in the entire management process. And through the analysis of relevant cases to understand RFID technology monitors the platform in raw meat food the operation flow.
