设计说明本设计主要分为两部分：设计说明书部分和专题部分。设计说明书部分为开滦集团东欢坨一矿3.0Mt/a新井设计，专题部分为工作面顶板灾害防治技术研究。设计说明书部分共分为十章：矿井概况及井田地质特征、井田境界及储量、矿井工作制度和设计生产能力、井田开拓、采区巷道布置、采煤方法、井下运输、矿井提升、矿井通风与安全和矿井主要经济技术指标。本设计为开滦集团东欢坨一矿3.0Mt/a新井设计。此矿区内8#煤层为主采煤层，煤层平均厚度为5.8m，走向长度约为9.5km，倾向长度约为3.0km，煤层倾角为11°到20°，平均倾角为16°。设计井田面积约24.94km2。可采储量为317.46Mt，设计生产能力为3.0Mt/a，服务年限为81.4a。煤的工业牌号1/3肥煤。矿井历年正常涌水量为305～500m3/h,绝对瓦斯涌出量为0.211m3/min。属低瓦斯矿井，煤尘无爆炸性危险，有自燃发火现象。本设计矿井采用立井三水平开拓，第一水平标高为-700m，第二水平标高为-950m，第三水平标高为-1200m。采用煤层底板岩层大巷布置，大巷采用胶带输送机运煤。采煤方法为走向长壁采煤法，采煤工艺为综合机械化采煤，采空区处理方法为全部垮落法。矿井布置一个综采工作面保证全矿井的产量，工作面长度为215m，矿井的通风方式为中央分列式通风。Design specificationThis design is mainly divided into two parts: design instruction part and special part.
