三速变速箱及其操纵机构设计 内容摘要 作为传统机械的变速箱,在交通设施，机床变速机构中都起着举足轻重的作用。在科技日益发达及经济全球化的浪潮中，变速箱也在日益变化着，进步着。如今的变速箱种类繁多，如直齿圆柱齿轮变速箱，斜齿圆柱齿轮变速箱，有一级、二级和多级的，根据不同的要求采用不同的变速箱。我所设计的三级变速箱主要用于机床在不停车的情况下利用拨叉波动三联滑移齿轮，使三对齿轮分别在不同的转速要求下啮合，从而达到变速的目的。其中在设计齿轮的时候由于考虑到传动比较小，为了彼此平衡，所以采用了直齿圆柱齿轮。由于为了能让三联滑移齿轮在正确的轨道上滑行并与每个齿轮正确啮合，还设计了一个操纵机构，此操纵机构为齿轮齿条，它传动平稳，结构简单，比较适用与在这样的机构当中。 简而言之，对三速变速箱的设计主要是传动方案的确定，三联滑移齿轮的设计及齿轮齿条操纵机构的设计。 关键词： 齿轮 变速 Content summary As tradition mechanical gear box, in traffic facility, lathe change speed organization very important conduct arises.
